Dreamwork
While dreamwork with individuals and couples remains potent, the vigor of dreamwork multiplies infinitely through the group encounter. On an on-going basis, Sacred Dreams organizes focused group gatherings for this dreamwork.
Dream groups can be assembled for:

In these group settings, we witness the true potential of Dream for it now speaks to us with a multitude of voices. Each voice and each word potentially offer a profound message revealing the Numinous resting veiled quietly beneath the surface.
Workshops
Sacred Dreams organizes workshops to address specific needs and desires among the community. Together we create an evening, weekend, or specially focused dream workshop that serves the journey. Currently, we offer the following workshops:
§ The First Dream
In this all-day workshop, we take an initial step at unraveling the mystery of sleep and dreams. We explore the sleep cycles, discuss the varied types of dreams, and are introduced to group dreamwork. Participants emerge from the day versed in the lingo of the night and prepared to continue independent dreamwork. This workshop is designed as a general introduction to dreamwork.
§ Dream Beads ~Dreamwork
Over the course of a two-day workshop, we explore the meditative aspect of making dream beads in the traditional manner of prayer bead making. We look at the beadwork as a physical manifestation of Dream’s colorful sacredness. Each bead potentially represents an aspect of the Dreaming. As the beading proceeds, the dreamscape unravels through the working of thread, the sorting of beads, and the bending of fingers. A meditative quality emerges as Dream is remembered and treasured for its uniqueness. The beads speak of the rhythm of the night. When completed, we sit and share the story of the dream beads. That is, we sit and share the splendor of Dream.
§ Dreams ~The Intuition of the Night
This four-part workshop embarks on a journey bridging our intuition with our dreams. We look to see how our dreams might be a sleeping parallel to our waking, everyday tuition. Together, we outline a process of asking for intuitive guidance from our dreams, incubate a question seeking responses through our dreams, and use various dreamwork methods to examine the intuitive language of our nightly journeys. Together, we will witness the mysterious unfolding of our intuition and be surprised at how frequently dreams mirror our natural intuitive nature.
